Custom Cold Room Door Build Quality
For a timber free door, construction is based on foam injected panels. Aluminium bolt on frame and track ensure a solid fixing to the cold room panels for sliding doors, whereas rising butt hinges support the weight of the hinged doors. Aluminium lines the door leaves for additional strength.
Sliding Hardware
Standard inclusions are a lever type handle and a manual inner release. The custom cold room door hangs on a smooth running aluminium track designed for the weight of the door. Freezer cold room doors come with electric heating to stop condensation and ice build up on the 3 sided frame and floor. A sweeper gasket coupled with a 3 sided gasket form an air tight seal.
Hinged Hardware
Standard inclusions are a lockable handle and a glow in the dark inner release. The door hangs on long lasting rising butt hinges designed for the weight of the door. Freezer cold room doors come with electric heating to stop condensation and ice build up on the 4 sided frame.
Variations
Hinged custom cold room doors come with either a 3 or 4 sided frame. A suitable gasket set comes with each door to form an all round air tight seal.
