Our refrigeration department will provide cover during the warranty period and beyond

How long is the warranty period?
12 months on all parts and labour
What is covered under the warranty?
Refrigeration problems, (although we wouldn’t expect any) Any issues with the construction of the room including the floor
Are the cold room panels fire rated?
All our panels are fire rated and LPCB Approved
Are rooms designed with BRC approval in mind?
Our rooms are all designed and built to BRC requirement as standard
What is the life expectancy of the materials and equipment?
Because we only use the best materials and equipment available, expect at least 25 years

A project Coordinator will be allocated as your main point of contact and will manage the project throughout
