Alpha LSG, Heston
As part of a £10m overall development, Alpha LSGs new main production unit in Heston has over 30,000 sq ft of food production areas, incorporating freezer and chiller cold rooms, blast freezers and chillers, and several large temperature controlled preparation areas, with over 40 rooms in total.
Capital Seafoods
This production and distribution unit was fitted out with BRC accreditation in mind from the outset, food safe panelling was installed complete with resin flooring and stainless steel drainage, the main food prep area is controlled at 10/12 C whilst the food is stored in the adjacent freezer and chiller cold rooms.
JV Foods, Reading
Following MX Foods relocation to new premises, we were asked to design a frozen storage facility to store a minimum of 1,000 pallets, utilising the full 9m height of the warehouse and push back racking, allowed the required capacity, both the freezer and a smaller chiller were fitted with fully automatic sliding doors.
