CAD Service

In order to maximise the space available, our CAD team will provide full detailed drawings, from the initial feasibility stage showing number of possible designs , then they will modify and make any agreed changes throughout, and finally produce as built drawings for completion of the project.

Lighting & Electrical

Flooring & Drainage

A critical part of any temperature controlled area is the flooring and drainage, our design team take care to specify the best materials to ensure all regulations are adhered to, and to give the longest possible life expectancy.

It is often essential to to ensure the correct floor is specified, in particular, freezer floors  have to be designed to ensure that ice is never allowed to build up under the concrete, this is achieved by utilising high density insulation and a heated mat, followed by a strcit procedure to allow the floor to cure.
